Discovering our world through play

Our facility, located at 1682 142nd Ave, is ready for children.  Our facility includes, a separate infant area free from distraction of the older children, activity areas specifically designed for each age group, and two separate outdoor play areas to accommodate the different age groups.  

Our Facility also includes:

·          accessibility to WUS buses to Dorr Elementary,

·          security improvements to ensure child safety,

·          child-caregiver ratios lower than current state requirements

·          and much more!

At Discovery Time we believe that early learning and discovery plays an important role in a child’s future development. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing every child with a safe, nurturing environment in which to grow and discover.

Daily age appropriate activities are designed to enhance the physical, social, educational, and emotional needs of each child. While providing an enriching environment in which children can learn and discover through guided play.

*All daily activities are developed under the supervision of one of our certified educators.

Our staff is dedicated to providing quality, personalized care for every child. Daily reports and weekly newsletters keep parents informed, and bi-monthly assessments and semi-annual parent interviews are used to provide each child with a personalized educational plan.

Discovery Time caregivers receive annual training in child-development, curriculum, and the latest developments in educational research. In addition, all of our staff is CPR and First-Aid certified through the American Red Cross.

Our staff is available daily to discuss your child’s care and is dedicated to maintaining a consistent connection between home and school.
